6 Degrees Search is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room Circulation in North Carolina. The role involves full perioperative nursing, collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and techs, and ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical process.

Schedule includes 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with 1–2 on-call shifts weekly and a 30-minute call-back response. Competitive salary and a $20,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow.
• Provide age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.
