RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room Circulation in Rutherfordton, NC. Shifts 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with 1–2 on-call shifts weekly; 30-minute response time for call-backs required.

Provide perioperative nursing care and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and outcomes. Required: NC license or Compact, BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days, ADN required (BS preferred), and 2+ years in Surgery/OR Circulation.

Qualificações

• Current North Carolina license or compact license required.
• BLS certification due within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification due within 90 days of hire.
• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgery and OR Circulation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments.
• Support surgical team to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Provide perioperative nursing care tailored to age and procedure.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and technologists.
