Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (RN) with current Texas license.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Minimum of three (3) years OR experience.
• Strong customer service and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Provide direct nursing care and assist surgeon and team.
• Prep operating room and maintain aseptic technique.
• Administer medications and monitor vitals.
• Coordinate with disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Record care information accurately in documentation systems.
• Ensure correct patient and procedure are performed.
• Mentor new staff and respond to emergencies per protocol.
