Job summary

Whataburger Restaurants is seeking a results-driven manager to oversee restaurant operations, finances, and team development at our Denton, TX location. You will drive profitability, lead hiring, coach staff, and ensure food safety and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include balancing P&L, overseeing labor and food costs, implementing company campaigns, and guiding performance assessments. This role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package that supports employees

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

• Manages profit and loss, cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Attracts and retains talent through key hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments.
• Works with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance and processes utilizing reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintains restaurant safety protocols through promotion of all food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems and creation of a safe work environment.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves customer complaints.
• Responsible for rollout and adoption of all change initiatives, to include new products, systems, company campaigns and strategies.
