Job summary

Whataburger is seeking an Operating Partner in Saginaw, TX to lead a restaurant team and drive performance across financials, staffing, and brand initiatives. You will collaborate with Market Leaders to execute strategic plans, recruit top talent, and sustain high standards of food safety and guest service.

In this role you will manage P&L, implement labor and food cost controls, and champion continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, oversees cash reporting, labor, food costs, repairs and maintenance.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions, development plans and performance reviews.
• collaborates with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance using reporting tools, customer metrics and labor metrics.
• Maintains safety protocols and a safe work environment through food safety policies and training.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves complaints.
• Leads rollout of changes, new products, systems and campaigns.

Responsibilities
