Whataburger Arlington is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance reviews, while advancing operational initiatives with the Market Leader and store leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred.
• 2+ years management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, oversees cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments.
• Works with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance and processes utilizing reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintains restaurant safety protocols and promotes food safety policies and a safe work environment.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves customer complaints.
• Responsible for rollout and adoption of change initiatives, including new products and campaigns.

Preferred
