Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss, oversight of financial tasks such as cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Attract & retain talent through hiring decisions, growth & development plans, and regular performance assessments.
• Work with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitor restaurant performance and process reporting using tools, customer, and labor metrics.
• Maintain restaurant safety protocols by promoting all food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems, and creating a safe work environment.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve customer complaints.
• Rollout & adopt all change initiatives, including new products, systems, company campaigns and strategies.
