Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss, oversee financial tasks such as cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Attract and retain talent through key hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments.
• Work with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitor restaurant performance and processes using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintain restaurant safety protocols through promotion of all food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems and creation of a safe work environment.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve customer complaints.
• Responsible for rollout and adoption of all change initiatives, including new products, systems, company campaigns and strategies.
