Whataburger in Pensacola, FL is seeking an Operating Partner to lead a team and oversee performance and operations of their restaurant(s). The partner drives key financial decisions and staffing while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, hiring and developing talent, executing plans with the Market Leader, monitoring customer and labor metrics, ensuring food safety, resolving guest issues, and leading new campaigns and system changes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, oversees cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions, development plans, and regular performance assessments.
• Collaborates with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance using reporting tools and key metrics.
• Promotes food safety policies and maintains a safe work environment.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves complaints.
• Leads rollout of change initiatives, campaigns, and new products.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for attracting and retaining talent through key hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments.
• Works with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance and processes utilizing reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintains restaurant safety protocols through promotion of all food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems and creation of a safe work environment.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves customer complaints.
• Responsible for rollout and adoption of all change initiatives, to include new products, systems, company campaigns and strategies.

Preferred:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
