Whataburger in Madison, MS is seeking an Operating Partner to lead a restaurant team and drive performance across financial, staffing, and brand initiatives.

You will oversee P&L, hiring, development plans, and compliance with food safety policies while partnering with market leaders to implement change and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and financial oversight skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, oversees cash reporting, labor, and food expenses.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments.
• Works with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors restaurant performance using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintains restaurant safety protocols and promotes food safety policies.
• Builds relationships with customers and resolves customer complaints.
• Responsible for rollout and adoption of all change initiatives, including new products and campaigns.
