Job summary

You will bridge pricing and supply chain insights to ensure organizational structures support margin gains, lead sensitive conversations with C-suite and boards, and drive 100-day value creation planning.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in strategy consulting with an MBB/Strategy& pedigree and focus on operating model design.
• Track record of leading organizational restructurings tied to measurable SG&A or margin outcomes.
• Experience with PE-backed companies, carve-outs, platform buildouts, or post-merger integration.
• Executive presence to lead sensitive design discussions with C-suite and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model engagements for PE sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Design and implement SG&A optimization and shared services structures.
• Build cost-to-serve models linking org design to profitability.
• Support carve-out and integration operating model design for add-ons and platform transactions.
• Develop CFGI's operating model methodologies and collateral, including frameworks and case studies.
• Partner with portfolio company CEOs/CHROs on change management and org design rollout.
• Represent operating model expertise in sponsor-facing BD conversations.
• Contribute to 100-day value creation planning with an operating-model lens.
