Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for a PE-backed industrial company. The role oversees day-to-day operations, P&L across divisions, and drives growth through organic initiatives and acquisitions.

The COO will build the operating infrastructure, lead lean programs, and ensure a bench of leadership is in place for succession. Travel across the Americas is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related required.
• 20+ years of experience in operations, field service and manufacturing in a B2B manufacturing/distribution setting.
• 5+ years in operations leadership roles (multisite).
• Experience leading operational integrations in a buy-and-build platform and PE-backed environment.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% across the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for all operating divisions; hold locations to budget, margin, and performance standards.
• Partner with the CEO to translate platform strategy into an annual operating plan with clear targets and accountability.
• Establish a single, consistent operating cadence across sites with weekly reviews and a unified dashboard.
• Lead M&A integration and ERP selection/implementation across divisions.
• Drive lean manufacturing, improve production scheduling, and optimize supply chain and procurement.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent; manage budgeting, capital allocation, and cost controls.
