Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as an Operating Engineer or similar facilities role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and operational documentation.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High school diploma; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.

Our client, a global commercial real estate and facilities management leader, is seeking an Operating Engineer 3 to join their team. As an Operating Engineer 3, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting building operations, maintenance, and engineering services. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to safety, and a collaborative mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:$39.00 - $41.00 per hour (Negotiable)
