Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking an experienced OPERA Implementation SME to support OPERA Cloud implementation, migration, and property transitions for Orlando properties. The role involves close collaboration with hotel stakeholders and internal teams to ensure accurate data migration, proper configuration, and minimal disruption to hotel operations.

The ideal candidate has strong OPERA PMS experience (OPERA v5 preferred) and a solid understanding of front-office and reservation workflows, with

Qualifications

Strong experience with hotel PMS and OPERA.
Hands-on OPERA PMS experience, OPERA v5 preferred.
Understanding of front-office and reservation workflows.
Experience supporting system implementations, migrations or go-live activities.
Ability to map and validate data, and manage cutovers.

Responsibilities

Support properties during migration to OPERA Cloud.
Coordinate implementation and migration with hotel stakeholders and internal teams.
Leverage Oracle accelerators and tools for data mapping and cutovers.
Validate migrated data and resolve data mapping issues.
Assist with OPERA Cloud configuration and issue resolution.
Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth deployments and minimal downtime.
Provide guidance during technical and operational transitions.
Support issue resolution throughout migration and cutover.
