Job summary

Omm IT Solutions in the United States (GA/Atlanta) seeks a hospitality operations expert to pivot into enterprise tech consulting, traveling nationwide as the on-site Oracle OPERA expert. You will train hotel staff and support their transition to OPERA software systems.

This onsite role requires extensive travel across the US, delivering practical configuration reviews and user support for OPERA PMS. A hospitality-focused degree and proven training experience are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of functional and technical experience in hotel operations using a Property Management System.

Responsibilities

• Travel on-site to hotel properties to configure and review OPERA PMS usage.
• Provide Go-Live support and train front desk staff on the new system.
• Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks during property Go-Lives with strong communication.
• Pursue Employer-Sponsored Oracle OPERA Cloud credentials during onboarding.
