Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a candidate to own the end-to-end Red Hat OpenShift platform (4.x) covering architecture, delivery, and operations for enterprise sandbox, POC, and production environments. This role includes leading the platform architecture, ensuring security and availability, and acting as the primary technical contact with Red Hat.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes, experience with enterprise storage and platform operations, and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Strong OpenShift (4.x) and Kubernetes expertise.
• Ability to define and operate large-scale container platforms.
• Proven experience in platform operations including upgrades, scaling, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead OpenShift platform architecture, design, and lifecycle.
• Define cluster standards and deployment patterns.
• Own platform design decisions across networking, storage, security, HA, and DR.
• Drive POC to production readiness with clear success criteria and governance.
• Ensure Day 2 operations: monitoring, patching, upgrades, capacity, SLOs, and reliability.
• Act as primary technical interface with Red Hat and ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate across teams to enable secure and simplified consumption of platform services.

Own the end-to-end Red Hat OpenShift platform (4.x) across architecture, delivery, and operations for enterprise sandbox, POC, and production environments. Ensure a secure, scalable, and highly available platform aligned with infrastructure, security, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OpenShift platform architecture, design, and lifecycle (build, scale, upgrade, operate)
• Define cluster standards, reference architectures, and deployment patterns
• Own platform design decisions across networking, storage, security, HA, and DR
• Drive POC to production readiness with clear success criteria and governance
• Ensure Day 2 operations: monitoring, patching, upgrades, capacity, SLOs, and reliability
• Act as primary technical interface with Red Hat and ecosystem partners
• Collaborate across Linux, infrastructure, storage, networking, security, and SRE teams
• Enable secure and simplified consumption of platform services for application teams
