Job summary

Red Hat, LLC is seeking an App Platform Specialist Solutions Architect to join our North American Financial Services Industry Sales team. You will act as a frontline catalyst, delivering pre-sales support for OpenShift and App Services and designing production-grade paths that demonstrate OpenShift value in enterprise environments.

You will build relationships with customers, craft workshops and demos, and engage with product and partner ecosystems to maximize platform impact and reduce TCO

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise accounts in a technical sales role.
• Deep knowledge of OpenShift and Application Services products.
• Familiarity with Developer Productivity tooling and PaaS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for OpenShift and AppServices.
• Deliver deep dive presentations, custom demos, workshops, and POCs.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmaps and best practices.
• Build reusable technical sales assets and act as trusted adviser to customers.
