Jim 'N Nick's is seeking a Training Program Leader to orchestrate comprehensive training strategies for new restaurant openings and ongoing operations. You will drive training facilitation, partner with operations leadership, and lead cross‑functional efforts to ensure day‑one excellence.

Responsibilities include building trainer teams, recruiting and developing talent, designing engaging content, and coordinating opening logistics across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, training, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing training programs.
• Strong background in restaurant operations with front- and back-of-house understanding.
• Experience in high‑pressure, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Program Leadership to establish operational excellence at openings.
• Build and coach trainer teams across locations, with feedback and evaluations.
• Recruit and develop trainers, implement selection and readiness programs.
• Design training content and multi-modal delivery reflecting standards and culture.
• Plan new restaurant openings, manage logistics, payroll, and setup.
