Responsibilities

• Run the floor during peak periods and staff the right positions.
• Own drive-thru, kitchen, and front-counter performance against daily goals.
• Solve guest issues on the spot and follow up as needed.
• Own daily food safety standards, temp logs, cleaning routines, and health inspections prep.
• Lead prep for internal audits and maintain product quality during busy times.
• Train, coach, and develop shift leaders and team members; run onboarding for new hires.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste; build schedules that meet labor targets.
