You will lead a section during shifts, help manage rushes, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• No restaurant experience required.
• 18 years or older.
• Opening or closing availability, including Saturdays.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Calm under pressure and able to direct others.
• Willing to perform any job needed.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and stand for a shift.
• Past leadership or team roles count toward experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a section of the restaurant during your shift.
• Set the pace during rushes and maintain order.
• Coach team members on what to do and why.
• Handle guest issues directly and resolve.
• Open or close shift including setup, cash handling, and cleaning.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness on your shift.
