Chick-fil-A Zanesville is opening a brand-new restaurant and seeks Director-level leaders to launch the team, shape culture from day one, and deliver memorable guest experiences. This hands-on management role offers autonomy and exceptional training, leadership development, and career advancement alongside a successful Franchisee.

You will lead a 100+ strong team, drive operational excellence, coach Front of House and Back of House leaders, and help boost profitability while upholding

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or restaurant operations.
• Experience leading a large team.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Chick-fil-A experience preferred.
• Proven track record of developing self and others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence & coordinate with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant.
• Build high-performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Managing a team of 100+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards.
• Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales.
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety.
• Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
