Job summary

Hundredfold Atlanta, operated by Delaware North, seeks a skilled Sous Chef to join the opening culinary team. You will work with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure exceptional food quality and presentation, and coach a developing team in a high-volume setting at The Battery Atlanta.

The role offers a fast-paced environment under celebrity chef Tim Hollingsworth’s vision, with base salary and an annual bonus plan based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of culinary leadership in a large production kitchen or high-volume food & beverage operation.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse culinary team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the culinary team to ensure production efficiency and high-quality food.
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members and fostering a cohesive kitchen culture.
• Support food and labor cost management, scheduling, inventory control, and ordering/receiving processes.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu design, costing, and bulk recipe development.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen compliant with health regulations.
