Job summary

Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the opening team at Hundredfold Atlanta, a new restaurant at The Battery Atlanta opening Fall 2026. You will build, train, and lead a high-performing front-of-house team, delivering exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll work with the GM and culinary leadership to ensure guest experiences reflect the chef-driven concept, managing daily operations, and supporting financial performance goals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume.
• ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification.
• Strong computer skills; experience with P&Ls and budgets; Microsoft Office Suite including Word & Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards.
• Assist with team member training, monitor their performance while keeping open communication for needed corrections.
• Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory.
