Job summary

Ludico, the new restaurant concept from Tribeca Hospitality Group, is seeking a reliable Receiver in New York to manage incoming deliveries, verify quality and pricing, and maintain precise inventory records.

You will work closely with culinary and operations leadership to ensure products are properly stored, rotated, and compliant with safety standards across all receiving and storage areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of receiving, inventory or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all deliveries; verify quantities, quality, temperatures, and pricing against PO/invoices.
• Maintain accurate receiving logs and inventory documentation; document shortages or damaged goods.
• Organize walk-in coolers, freezers, dry storage, and supply rooms with FIFO practices.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and HACCP procedures; maintain sanitation and safe receiving area.
