goop kitchen in Culver City, CA is seeking a General Manager to lead the opening team and shape guest experience for our new Helms District location.

You will partner with the Chef de Cuisine and oversee restaurant operations, staffing, scheduling, costs, and standards. The role requires 3+ years of GM leadership, full-service/hospitality experience, and a passion for clean, thoughtful food and hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of restaurant leadership experience as a General Manager.
• Experience in full-service, fast casual or hospitality-driven restaurant environments.
• Experience owning a restaurant P+L.
• Food handler card / ServSafe within 30 days of employment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• New restaurant opening experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Guest Experience by overseeing service and ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for.
• Lead Restaurant Operations with floor presence and cross‑functional coordination.
• Drive Operational Excellence through budgeting, scheduling, and cost management.
