Job summary

Goop Kitchen is opening a new Culver City location and seeks a General Manager to lead the opening team. You will oversee daily operations and partner with the CDC to align front-of-house and back-of-house while upholding food safety and service standards.

Lead guest experience, scheduling, and cost management, while driving hospitality and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of restaurant leadership experience as a General Manager.
• Experience owning a restaurant P&L.
• Food handler card / ServSafe within 30 days of employment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• New restaurant opening experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guide Hospitality team.
• Coordinate with the Chef de Cuisine to align front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Hold teams to food safety and service standards.
