Responsibilities

• Opening responsibilities include arriving on time and unlocking the restaurant.
• Prepare the restaurant for the day’s business and ensure adequate product levels.

• Coach employees and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Manage customer service and resolve concerns.
• Close the restaurant; stay after close to finish duties and secure the building.
• Complete closing checklists and cash-handling procedures.
• Ensure a smooth lunch and dinner rush operations.
• Inspect the restaurant and ensure all tasks are completed before leaving.

• Previous restaurant or management experience is preferred.
• Arrive on time and ready to work.
• Unlock and properly open the restaurant.

• Complete food preparation and ensure adequate product levels.
• Check dough, toppings, sauces, packaging, and other inventory.
• Make sure the kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, and front counter are clean and ready for customers.

• Ensure team members are prepared and in position.
• Monitor food quality and product consistency.
• Complete necessary prep and stocking throughout the shift.

Closing Manager - Requirements & Duties

• Closing Managers must understand that Toppers Pizza may be open until 3:00 AM.
• Closing Managers must be available to work through the close and stay after the restaurant stops serving customers until all required closing duties, cleaning, stocking, and security procedures are completed.

Closing Responsibilities

• Lead the team through the dinner and late-night business.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the shift.
• Monitor food quality and product consistency.
• Manage labor and staffing throughout the shift.
• Complete necessary prep and stocking for the next day.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized throughout the night.
• Begin closing procedures at the appropriate time.
• Ensure all dishes, equipment, floors, counters, bathrooms, and work areas are properly cleaned.
• Take out trash and complete required cleaning tasks.
• Restock the restaurant for the opening team.
• Properly store and secure food and equipment.
• Complete closing paperwork and cash-handling procedures.
• Ensure all employees complete their assigned closing responsibilities.
• Inspect the restaurant before leaving.
• Secure doors, equipment, and the building according to company procedures.
• Complete all required closing checklists.
• Remain at the restaurant until all closing duties and cleaning are finished.
