Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Sanford, ME is hiring shift managers to lead opening or closing operations and maintain high performance daily. This role is a stepping stone to our Management Program, with clear expectations for judgment, math, and multitasking under fast-paced conditions.

Closing shifts generally run 4pm or 5pm to between 1am and 3am.(Store hours differ by location.Usually, it takes about an hour or so to clean up, count the inventory and make a bank deposit.)Full Time and Part Time Available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• In addition: Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.
