Noble Steakhouse is an elevated fine-dining steakhouse concept preparing to open its flagship location in Denver, Colorado. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our opening leadership team and help establish the exceptional service, hospitality, attention to detail, and operating standards that will define Noble Steakhouse.
This is an opportunity to join a new concept from the beginning and play an important role in building its team and culture. The Restaurant Manager will be actively involved in pre-opening training, opening the restaurant, and maintaining the standards established during opening as Noble moves into ongoing operations.
We are looking for a hands-on restaurant leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing employees, interacting with guests, and leading a team through successful service.
As Noble Steakhouse grows, successful managers will have opportunities for continued advancement and involvement in future Noble Steakhouse locations.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in the successful daily operation of Noble Steakhouse.
This is a highly visible, floor-focused leadership position. The Restaurant Manager will lead shifts, coach employees, oversee service execution, interact with guests, maintain restaurant standards, and ensure the team consistently delivers the level of hospitality expected from a premium fine-dining steakhouse.
The ideal candidate understands that successful restaurant management requires active leadership. This individual should be comfortable working alongside the team, addressing issues in real time, maintaining accountability, and remaining engaged throughout service.
Lead assigned restaurant shifts and ensure successful execution of daily operations.
Participate in Noble Steakhouse's pre-opening process, including recruiting, onboarding, training, service preparation, mock services, and opening execution.
Maintain an active leadership presence on the restaurant floor throughout service.
Ensure Noble Steakhouse's fine-dining service and hospitality standards are consistently executed.
Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure employees are prepared with relevant information regarding reservations, VIP guests, menu items, specials, events, and service expectations.
Direct and support front-of-house employees throughout service.
Coach employees in real time and provide clear, professional feedback when service or performance standards are not being met.
Help train and develop employees in service standards, menu knowledge, wine and beverage knowledge, guest interaction, and overall hospitality.
Maintain high expectations for employee professionalism, appearance, preparedness, punctuality, and performance.
Monitor the guest experience throughout service and proactively address opportunities or concerns.
Build relationships with guests and help create memorable experiences that encourage repeat business.
Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally and appropriately.
Assist with VIP guests, special occasions, private dining, and high-profile reservations.
Ensure the dining room, bar, host stand, service stations, restrooms, and guest-facing areas consistently meet Noble Steakhouse standards.
Monitor table pacing, reservations, seating, service flow, and communication between the front and back of house.
Work closely with culinary leadership and the kitchen team to maintain effective communication throughout service.
Complete assigned opening and closing management responsibilities.
Assist with scheduling and daily staffing adjustments as assigned.
Monitor labor during assigned shifts and make appropriate operational adjustments with senior management.
Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, beverage controls, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.
Ensure proper cash-handling, closing, security, and management procedures are followed.
Assist management with employee coaching, performance documentation, recognition, and accountability.
Ensure company policies, operating procedures, and established service standards are consistently followed.
Support compliance with applicable health, safety, liquor, employment, and operational requirements.
Communicate guest feedback, employee concerns, maintenance needs, and operational issues to senior restaurant leadership.
Help maintain a positive, professional, accountable, and hospitality-driven workplace culture.
Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with additional operational responsibilities as needed.
Participate in future training and development opportunities as Noble Steakhouse expands.
Previous restaurant management experience in afine-dining environment is required.
Previoussteakhouse experience is required.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Service Manager, Floor Manager, or comparable leadership position is preferred.
New restaurant opening experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of elevated service standards and fine-dining hospitality.
Strong food and beverage knowledge appropriate for a premium steakhouse environment.
Wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead employees during busy restaurant service.
Strong understanding of front-of-house restaurant operations and steps of service.
Ability to train, coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
Strong guest relations and service recovery skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent standards.
Excellent communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance and presence appropriate for an elevated fine-dining environment.
Ability to remain composed and make effective decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
Ability and willingness to remain actively present on the restaurant floor for extended periods.
Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as required by restaurant operations.
Annual base salary of$72,000–$85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
