Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Regional Director OpenBlue Delivery to drive the successful deployment of OpenBlue solutions across a defined U.S. region.

You will lead a high-performing team, align delivery with sales, solution architects, and customer success, and ensure safety, quality, and financial performance. The role requires extensive experience in leading digital and connected building projects, strong operational discipline, and the ability to scale regional delivery while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years leading technical project delivery and/or professional services.
• 8+ years in personnel management / leadership.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer-facing projects across a large geographical region.
• PMP/Lean/Six Sigma or similar certification preferred.
• Knowledge of smart buildings, HVAC, energy management, and connected infrastructure.
• Multilingual (French, English, Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 direct reports (Regional Project Managers and Project Engineers).
• Own regional deployment execution for OpenBlue projects from handoff to customer acceptance.
• Ensure projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with scope and quality.
• Monitor portfolio health, address delivery risks, and resource constraints.
• Establish KPIs for on-time delivery, installation quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
