Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with strong analytical fundamentals and interest in performance marketing, AI, data, or digital growth.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills required.
• Experience with SQL, python or similar data tools is highly valuable.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, automation tools such as Zapier, Tableau, Looker, or digital analytics platforms is helpful.
• Working knowledge of performance marketing concepts, conversion funnels, experimentation, and measurement preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to begin the workday around 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time to provide meaningful overlap across teams in the United States, Europe, and India.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campaign operations and execution to ensure accurate delivery and measurement.
• Operate, test, measure, and scale the OpenAI Ads initiative within Forbes Advisor.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Creative, Product, category teams, leadership, Business Development, and external platform partners.
• Design and analyse experiments across prompts, targeting, creative, landing experiences, audiences, and funnels.
