The role operates in a hybrid, office-centric model with in-office days Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and flexible remote on other days; base salary is $171,000–$190,000 with potential equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years of working in large codebases.
Experience building developer tools, internal platforms, infrastructure, IDE/editor integrations, CLIs, or workflow automation.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools or extending coding agents and AI-powered tooling.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI-augmented workflows and systems to help engineers complete tasks faster and with confidence.
Design and scale autonomous cloud agents to reduce toil and enable higher-leverage work.
Build and refine IDE, editor, and CLI integrations for intuitive AI-assisted development.
Create reusable agent skills, tools, context, and integrations for teams to build on.
Improve AI-assisted code review workflows for faster, higher-quality feedback.
Drive adoption of AI developer tools through usability improvements, measurement, and documentation.
