Prime Intellect, Inc. is building open frontier AI infrastructure and open-source frontier models. This role sits at the intersection of research, engineering, and product, shaping the developer experience and research workflows.

You will own key open-source systems, work with external researchers, and help ship research artifacts into a stable platform used by frontier AI teams. Remote-friendly with opportunities in SF/NYC/London.

Qualifications

• Open-source ML ownership or leadership experience.
• Hands-on model-training and evaluation loop experience.
• Strong Python and reproducible research skills.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, partners and external researchers.

Responsibilities

• Own the path from research artifact to open-source and product experience.
• Collaborate with engineering and research to build core open-source systems.
• Design stable interfaces, APIs, examples, and documentation for researchers.
• Engage with external researchers and contributors to ship improvements.
