Prime Intellect AI in San Francisco is building open frontier AI and a full-stack Lab platform for frontier models. The role focuses on applied research in quantitative finance, developing environments, evaluations, and agents for post-training decision-making.

You will work with customers and partners, design long-horizon agents, and deploy methods across production loops with rigorous experimentation and provenance discipline.

Qualifications

• Depth in RL, agents, or post-training systems.
• Hands-on experience with model-training loops.
• Strong Python and reproducible research practices.
• Ability to work with customers and partners.
