Job summary

Prime Intellect is building an open frontier AI platform that unifies compute, environments, and evaluations for post-training at frontier scale. You will create post-training and evaluation systems for multimodal agents operating across browsers and desktops, with an external programs focus.

The role emphasizes turning workflows into environments, rewards, and verifiable outcomes, collaborating with research customers and partners to advance AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience: multimodal agents and long-horizon workflows.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging model-training loops.
• Strong experimental judgment with clear failure attribution.
• Strong Python and ability to build artifacts for others to run and extend.
• Comfort owning ambiguous problems and keeping partners updated.

Responsibilities

• Turn real workflows into multimodal environments for agents and evaluations.
• Develop browser, desktop, and cross-application agents with sandbox boundaries.
• Train and evaluate agents from demonstrations, interventions, and production failures.
• Experiment on recovery and generalization across applications and layouts.
