Job summary

Culver’s is seeking a Restaurant Readiness Specialist to help keep our doors open and our kitchens stocked with safe, fresh ingredients. As a porter, you’ll open in the morning, coordinate with the opening team, and ensure equipment and facilities are in top condition to deliver Culver’s guest experience.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and can-do spirit.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow directions.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Enjoys routine tasks and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate duties with opening team members for smooth opening.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment safely.
• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant appearance.
• Maintain building grounds, landscaping and snow removal.
• Rotate stock and manage food orders in cold storage and dry areas.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates.
• Understand operation of restaurant equipment.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on equipment.
