Job Overview

Tenure‑track faculty position in Decision, Operations, and Information Technologies at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park. Qualifications

• Publishable record: leading journals, AI outlets, working papers; a research statement demonstrating a cohesive program with a clear trajectory.
• Proven teaching ability, including curriculum design and delivery for undergraduate, MBA, MS, and Ph.D. courses.
• Assistant or associate professor experience preferred, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impactful and inspirational research in AI and its business and policy applications.
• Deliver high‑quality instruction to undergraduate, MBA, MS, and Ph.D. students.
• Participate in service activities for the department, school, and university.
