Job summary

TikTok is offering a Project Intern position in our open platform initiative, TTOP, in which you will support product managers with demand research, documentation, and cross‑team coordination.

You will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced tech environment, collaborating with product, engineering, operations, monetization, and safety teams to shape our open ecosystem. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science, statistics, information management, data science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English, and fluency in written and spoken Mandarin to manage stakeholders in China market.
• Excellent logical thinking, information organization, and problem analysis skills.
• Strong communication, coordination skills and sense of responsibility; able to proactively advance tasks and provide timely progress updates.
• Familiar with Feishu Docs/Sheets, XMind, Figma, MockingBot, Axure; experience in prototype design or requirement documents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist product managers in demand research, scheme design, and implementation promotion for platform capability development and related product tasks.
• Collect and analyze information such as user feedback, business data, and competitor cases; identify problems and propose product optimization suggestions.
• Assist in compiling and maintaining product requirement documents, flowcharts, prototype specifications, and other materials.
• Coordinate cross‑team communication and drive problem closure across the demand development to launch phases.
