Blackhawk Mining, LLC seeks an experienced operator for an open-pit mining site to haul rock and soil with an off-highway truck. The role requires safety inspections, checklist reporting, and precise control of cab levers and braking systems.

The candidate will back-load from bucket loaders, navigate grades and curves, and position the truck to dump at designated areas while maintaining safety standards and efficiency on site.

Competenze

• Must be able to perform safety inspections and report defects.
• Experience operating heavy mining trucks is preferred.
• Proficient in completing inspection checklists quickly and accurately.

Mansioni

• Operate off-highway haulage truck up to 240 tons.
• Inspect truck for safety and defects.
• Complete equipment checklist reports.
• Operate cab controls and levers (steering, brakes, throttle).
• Back under loading equipment to receive rock.
• Drive on grades, curves and unload overburden.
• Position vehicle to dump bed at loading areas.
