Job summary

P&C Recruiting | H.R. is seeking a Mine Superintendent to oversee all aspects of mining operations in Missouri. This role involves ensuring safety and environmental compliance, cost effectiveness, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in mine operations management and be proficient in leading safety practices.

Responsibilities include establishing mine plans, monitoring success metrics, and managing employee development. A Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years mine operations management and capital project management.
• MSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Establish short- and long-term mine plans, strategies, and tactics.
• Monitor daily success metrics.
• Ensure performance management and employee development needs are addressed.
• Collaborate daily with the site team to address production/mill-impacting issues.
• Complete yearly budgeting process.
