SSR Mining Inc. is seeking a Mine Manager to lead the safe and efficient operation of our Open Pit mine and a 380+ person team, including Mine Operations and Mine Maintenance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop budgets, implement asset management strategies, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

You will foster safety culture, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering production targets within cost constraints.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mining Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of mining experience with safe Open Pit operations.
• 5+ years of progressive supervision experience, open pit preferred.
• Experience influencing employee motivation and change management.
• Experience leading programs for monitoring compliance, action planning, and verification of controls.
