Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Planner to support maintenance planning, scheduling, and budgeting for open pit assets. The role focuses on achieving equipment performance targets and KPIs within the maintenance budget.

The position involves coordinating with Production, Maintenance, and Supply to schedule routine activities, develop maintenance strategies, and provide timely financial insights. Expect a 4-3 schedule and field time around 20%.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Projects/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a safety-conscious environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Participate and support site Operational Excellence Projects.
• Provide accurate monthly accruals to accounting for assigned fleet(s).
• Manage budget for assigned fleet(s) using Marigold budgeting tool.
• Provide monthly budget & forecast variance explanations.
• Develop and update Maintenance Strategies and Budgets for open pit assets.
• Liaise with Supply Chain to expedite external parts and contractor labor.
