Solidus Resources in Lovelock, NV is seeking a Control Room Superintendent to lead the control room team and ensure the safe, aligned, high‑performance execution of the shift plan. You will manage crew numbers, allocate resources, and coordinate with site stakeholders to meet KPIs and production priorities while fostering a strong safety culture.

Experience in open-pit mining, CAT MineStar, and frontline leadership is essential; a license to operate in mining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in open-pit mining or control-room environments.
• Experience with fleet-management/operational-control systems.
• Certified competent, or able to be certified, on CAT MineStar Command for Hauling.
• Strong leadership and priority-setting under pressure.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Control Room team to execute the shift plan safely and efficiently.
• Manage crew numbers and resources to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate with Planning and Field teams for production priorities.
• Facilitate pre-start, mid-shift and closeout huddles.
• Oversee intervention strategy and escalation paths.
• Ensure accurate logging and data integrity.
• Maintain strong safety culture and training development.
• Liaise with site stakeholders and regulators as needed.
