• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.
• Adhere to quality standards, sanitation, and menu specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate on orders with dining room staff.
• Prepare items accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete prep items as written on prep sheets.
• Use and maintain kitchen equipment in a sanitary, safe manner.
• Attend training programs as scheduled.
• Inform management when equipment needs maintenance or replacement.
• Assist on all stations as needed.
