Job summary

Horizontal Wireline Services LLC in Piedmont, OK is seeking an Open Hole Wireline Operator to learn and perform safe operations on wireline projects.

You will operate heavy equipment, assist in pre-job load-outs, follow all policies, report issues, and complete required training while staying current on company standards. This role includes on-call duties and opportunities for growth within the field operations team.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or Undergraduate degree (Geology or Engineering a plus).
• Ability to obtain BATFE clearance for Employee Possessor of explosives.
• CDL and Hazmat endorsement within company timeline.
• Basic knowledge of heavy-equipment operating principles.
• Willingness to learn under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment used in wireline operations.
• Assist in pre-job load-outs and equipment readiness before dispatch.
• Follow government, company, and client policies and procedures.
• Identify issues and report to appropriate departments.
• Work on-call and dispatch to job sites as needed.
• Maintain training qualifications and stay current on safety programs.
• Support the team in driving company vision and values.
