Job summary

Integrity is hiring Enrollment Operations Specialists to process health insurance enrollment activity during Open Enrollment. This role requires accuracy, discretion, and adherence to established processes in a high-volume environment.

Preference for ACA enrollment experience and familiarity with Healthcare.gov or state marketplaces. You will review enrollment requests, resolve errors, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain detailed records in Zendesk.

Qualifications

• Experience managing detailed, process-driven work with high accuracy.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, research issues, and determine next steps.
• Experience following established processes and handling sensitive information.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and documenting actions in business systems.
• Experience communicating with consumers and coordinating with internal teams.
• Comfort working independently in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Review and process enrollment requests (enrollment, termination, cancellation).
• Identify and resolve enrollment errors and missing information.
• Follow established processes for enrollment activity and sensitive data.
• Contact consumers when more information is needed.
• Research issues and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Escalate high-risk issues with clear documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment activity and communications in Zendesk or similar systems.
• Identify recurring issues and report trends to management.
• Support the Enrollment Operations team during peak periods.
