Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking an Opco President of Performance Redistribution to optimize operations and execute strategy for the redistribution model across the US and Canada. This leader will oversee current OpCos in multiple states, guide expansion of new facilities, and align purchasing strategy with the future network.

The role requires delivering on business plans, leading large teams, and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• 5+ years in operational excellence or related roles, in wholesale/food/beverage.
• 5+ years leading large organizations delivering performance and profitability.
• Experience with WMS software systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual business plans for the redistribution network in the convenience and Vistar divisions.
• Execute strategic direction for redistribution, including locations, facility productivity, and KPIs.
• Act as field-level operations liaison for Core-Mark and Vistar within PFG network.
• Establish common operating model technology across redistribution centers.
• Collaborate with PFG logistics on inbound/outbound freight optimization.
• Support purchasing discussions around redistribution value propositions.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
