Job summary

Core-Mark seeks an experienced executive to serve as OpCo President for Performance Redistribution, guiding the redistribution network across the US and Canada from the Westlake, TX headquarters. The role leads current OpCos, expands facilities, and aligns purchasing strategy with network objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field as a baseline requirement.
• 5+ years in operational excellence and/or marketing/purchasing roles, ideally in wholesale including food/beverage/regulated products.
• 5+ years leading large organizations delivering performance and profitability.
• Experience in fast-paced work environments and making solid business decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Experience working with and optimizing WMS software systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Windows-based programs.
• Strong analytical skills and diplomacy across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual business plans for the redistribution network in the convenience and Vistar divisions.
• Execute strategic direction for redistribution, including network locations, facility productivity, and KPI achievement.
• Act as field-level operations liaison for Core-Mark and Vistar within the PFG network to optimize redistribution.
• Establish common operating model technology solutions across redistribution centers.
• Collaborate with PFG logistics to optimize inbound/outbound freight strategies.
• Support purchasing with vendors on redistribution value propositions.
• Travel ~50% as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
