Job summary

Lotte Global Logistics North America (LGLNA) is seeking an experienced operations leader for OOG freight projects in North America. You will oversee SOP creation, field support at project locations, and coordination with drivers and vendors while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in OOG operations, strong dispatching and equipment management skills, and proficiency with TMS and Real-time Tracking tools. Travel about 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Out-of-Gauge operations.
• Experience in dispatching and equipment management.
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics in OOG sector.
• Experience with transporting large-capacity batteries (ESS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide on-site field support at project locations.
• Travel is expected to be approximately 20%.
