Uline seeks a Director of Operations to lead its Ontario, CA campus, overseeing 700+ employees across multiple teams and a 2 million square foot facility. You will shape strategy, optimize performance and ensure legendary customer service across operations.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience in large-team leadership; MBA preferred. On-site role in California with competitive pay and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience leading large employee teams (500+).
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing leaders.
• Experience in B2B or e-commerce environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership across warehouse, customer service and sales operations, driving results and upholding company standards.
• Build and lead a team of 700+ employees with focus on performance and talent development.
• Drive operational excellence using data and reporting to identify improvements and maintain service levels.
• Establish clear goals and expectations across all levels, reinforcing high standards and customer-first culture.
• Lead audits, performance reviews and continuous improvement across functions.
• Partner with corporate leaders to align strategy with business objectives.
